Why do I have to pay a membership fee? 

If you have been asked to pay us a membership fee then congratulations we believe we can help you. The only time we would ever ask for any kind of membership fee would be when we have processed your application and based on the application details you provided us we have matched your details to at least one of the lenders who are willing to go ahead with you.  Using our proprietary technology we can give you access to a wider panel of lenders who can help you raise money, save money and many other member benefits.

Who will be my lender?

Your lender could be any lending company in the UK. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and as a result we search the whole of the UK market every week to make sure that you are getting the very best options.  We have primary and secondary lenders on our panel, some are high street names other are specialist companies who work with us.

How much can I apply for?

You can apply for any loan amount up to £15,000 if you are a tenant and £25,000 if you are homeowner. We will always work to find you your full loan amount, however if we cant get you your full loan amount we will get the closest we can for you.

What will the APR be?

The APR will be down to you and your lender, and will be based on your own individual circumstances.

I’m not happy with the service I got.

We strive for the best possible customer satisfaction, unfortunately sometimes we make mistakes. If you are unhappy with the service you have received for any reason please contact us and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

How quickly will I get a decision?

When you call us we will be able to run through a few details and give you an instant decision over the phone. Our process has been developed with you in mind. We know that if you need a loan, you need it quickly, so we always aim for the fastest possible payout via your chosen lender.

When can I have the money?

This depends on what you actually need. We always try to get the money to you as soon as possible. In some cases you can receive the money the same day as your application (pay day loans only), or it could take about 10-15 working days. Our process has been developed with you in mind. We know that if you need a loan you probably need it quickly so we always aim for the fastest possible payout via your chosen lender.
